lisnate kosarice

Ingredients

For the puff pastry baskets:
• 1 package of puff pastry (about 250 g), thawed
• Butter for greasing the mold or baking paper
For the filling:
• 2 Adriatic Queen sardine pâtés
• 100 g cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• Fresh dill or chives, finely chopped
• Pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 3-4 mm.
2. Cut it into squares approximately 8×8 cm in size, depending on the size of the muffin tin or small basket.
3. Lightly grease a muffin tin or basket with butter or line it with baking paper.
4. Press each piece of dough into the mold to form a small basket with raised edges.
5. Bake them in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 12-15 minutes, until they are golden brown.
6. After baking, let the baskets cool.
7. For the filling, mix the sardine pate with cream cheese and lemon juice until you get a smooth mixture.
8. Add finely chopped dill or chives and season with pepper to taste, then mix well.
9. Fill the cooled pastry baskets with this mixture, and garnish with a little more fresh dill or chives, if desired.
10. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
