Canned tuna recipes

Did you know that tuna is one of the fastest fish in the world, capable of swimming at speeds of up to 75 km/h? Tuna is an excellent source of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and other nutrients, but due to its high mercury content (especially in larger species such as bluefin tuna), moderation is recommended.

Guidelines vary, but in general, adults are advised not to eat tuna more than 2–3 times per week, while pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and children should be more cautious and limit their intake, especially when consuming larger tuna species.
